Job Description
Responsibilities:

Greet fans and provide them with McCoy Stadium information (directions, club history, policies and procedures, etc.)

Address guests’ concerns, complaints and compliments in a professional and timely manner

Ensure concerns are addressed and communicated to management
-
Work closely with all other departments to resolve fan issues
-
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers to ensure positive interaction as it relates to the fan experience

Provide random acts of kindness for our guests, especially children and those visiting McCoy Stadium for special occasions to provide positive, lasting memories
-
Perform related duties as assigned
Requirements
Basic Requirements/Qualifications:

High school diploma, GED or equivalent
-
Experience in customer service
-
Possess strong listening skills including the ability to empathize with our guests and people in our community

Maintain a positive outlook that demonstrates approachability and friendliness
-
Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills
-
Possess excellent organizational record keeping and planning skills
-
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is a plus
-
Ability to read and communicate effectively in English, multilingual is a plus (fluency in Spanish is preferred)
-
Ability to stand for entire four (4) to seven (7) hour per shift; walk; reach with hands and arms and occasionally lifting up to 25 pounds

Ability to work evenings, nights and holidays as needed
